STRANGE SIGHTINGS IN ORANGE STAR CITY: WHAT OR WHO?
All across the city, strange sightings of beings have been noted by many of our city's honorable citizens. No one has been able to directly identify what such sightings were concerning, but most of them have been connected to some sort of crime scene of various serious incidents that have occured in recent weeks. From the fire of one of Takayama Labs' industrial complexes, to several murder scenes, it might be noted that there is some group, some one, who is at the cause of it.
"Our forces are well experienced in detecting and identifying criminals who try and cause problems in our city, and we do our part to provide safety to our citizens," Lt. Robert Solomon of the Orange Star City Police reported in a telephone interview, "However, any citizen information is great appreciated, and no matter how absurd, is never fully disregarded."
Citizens who have information concerning crimes are encouraged to call Orange Star City's Crime Check hotline at 11-3945-2012. This is a free call, and your idenitity will be kept anonymous.

Families, Sons and Daughters Reunited as 2nd INF BN Returns from Deployment
Happy mothers, fathers, wives, husbands, and children were reunited with long gone soldiers from the Rebel Forces' 2nd Infantry Battalion as they returned to McNeill RFB late Monday night. After a 12 month long deployment, helping repair cities and provide security to rebuilding cities, the soldiers were more than happy to be back in Orange City.
"We faced some pretty grueling conditions, hours, but we never let our morale down long enough for our mission to be compromised," said PFC Michael Alajandro, who was a Combat Engineer attached to the 2nd INF for this deployment. "We did a good job out there, and although our job is never done, we do deserve a little R and R now and then, I would hope."
"It was tough, being out there for a year," said SGT Ken Kageshi, as he held his young son on his shoulders, "I missed a lot of memories, moments with my children, my wife, my friends, but this is what we do. We protect our nation. We help others rebuild from unfortunate circumstances. We owe a lot to our country, as it was built from the efforts of the rebel forces we were named for. They really fought for the peace of our nation, against unspeakable hardships back then, in the Great War. Looking at it that way, being gone for a year to help rebuild and protect seems like nothing."
"Well, I don't know about you," said CPT Damon Barton, a member of 7th Special Forces Group also attached to the 2nd INF Bn for this deployment, "but we did a good job, performed our mission to other cities with minimal injuries and losses. That's a job well done, and frankly, I'm ready to kick back with my friends at the bar, go partying...ya know, normal sort of things young guys like us are supposed to do."
A rather surprising statement from an officer who also is a decendant of the legendary Barton family, long known for their military history. Our soldiers, men and women of the Rebel Forces are certainly soldiers first, and their jobs are never done, but they also are human beings like you and I, with lives of their own that they can now hopefully catch up now that they're home.
